The product range comprises reactors, vessels, heat exchangers and equipment for various services including high-pressure, high-temperature, hydrogen service, etc. Major equipment supplied include process gas waste heat boilers, steam drums and super heaters, multi-wall converters / reactors, converter baskets, urea reactors, carbamate condensers, urea strippers, and a range of high pressure heat exchangers and pressure vessels and equipment for fertilizer plants. thermal and mechanical design of all heat transfer equipment is also carried out with in-house developed software including Finite Element Analysis, detailed FIV analysis and also members of HTRI and HTFS.
Fabrication is carried out at ASME-approved workshops in Mumbai, Hazira & Ranoli. These workshops have also secured ISO 9001:2000 Certification. Hazira Works near Surat has a water-front load-out facility, capable of handling equipment and modules more than 2000 tonnes.
