Our Model SG-100 Plasma Spray Gun is an 80 kW, multi-mode plasma spray gun suitable for a wide range of thermal spray applications.Through a variety of hardware options, the SG-100 can operate in a range of spray modes, producing subsonic, Mach I, and Mach II gas velocity levels.

This versatility gives you the ability to spray a wide array of materials to produce virtually any type of plasma coating desired, from high density, wear-resistant carbides to controlled porosity TBCs.The SG-100’s unique design also provides the option of internal or external powder injection, further enhancing the operator’s ability to tailor coating characteristics.

Additional features include self-aligning,long-life components to ensure consistent and proper assembly, and cost-effective operation.
