Mumbai, March 19, 2010: L&T Samakhiali Gandhidham Tollway Private Limited, a SPV incorporated by L&T, has signed the Concession Agreement for Six Laning of the 56 km stretch of NH 8A with NHAI today. The Project would be executed on a BOT DBFO (Design Build Finance & Operate) basis, with a Concession Period of 24 years.
