| LTM BU is accredited with ISO 9001:2000 – Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Management Systems. The unit vigorously practices the concepts of TQM, TPM, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to continuously improve its products and processes. |

| Rubber Processing Machinery started it's Total Quality Management (TQM) journey in the year 1994 and still is on its journey, passing many milestones. |

| The journey started with training of all employees on the principles of TQM. Each employee underwent a three-day training. The training forum was also used to develop and share a VISION statement for the company. |

| In the beginning of 1997, the company conducted a Large Scale Interactive Programme called the Real Time Strategic Change from where on TQM has been given increasing importance. |

| Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is the productive maintenance with total participation of all employees of the organization. Awareness is created among employees on TPM and has been implemented through management involvement. |
