L&T Board of Directors Re-appoints Mr. A.M. Naik as Chairman

The Board of Directors of L&T at its meeting on June 5, 2020 unanimously decided to extend Mr. A.M. Naik’s term as Non-executive Chairman of our company for a period of three years, with effect from October 1, 2020. Mr. Naik's current tenure is scheduled to end on September 30, 2020.
