L&T has been recognised as a Company with Great Managers 2025 for the fifth year in a row. Conferred by Global HR Consulting firm, People Business, this is a coveted annual recognition. This year marks the 10th edition of Great Manager Awards and 150+ companies had participated. The Economic Times was the media partner for the event.
The award was received by a team from Corporate HR, along with Mr Santosh Rai (GM & Head – HR, L&T Precision Engineering & Systems) and the winning managers, at a glittering ceremony hosted in Mumbai on 3 December.
Commenting on the recognition, Dr C Jayakumar, EVP & Head – Corporate HR, said: “Being recognised as a ‘Company with Great Managers 2025’ underscores the strength of our talent management practices and the leadership development culture we continue to nurture, enabling our people to grow, take on larger responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to the organization”.
From all the entries received in a year, People Business recognises 50 companies as ‘Companies with Great Managers’ and selects 100 executives as ‘Great Managers’. The selection is based on employee feedback that People Business collects through a survey, followed by a jury round for the shortlisted ones. This year they had received over 8,000 applications.
