Major events during the quarter 1. With the Competition Commission of India according its approval for acquisition of the Company’s Electrical & Automation business by Schneider Electric subject to fulfilment of certain conditions, the sale is likely to be completed within the next one year. The business has hence been classified as ‘discontinued operations’, consolidated only at profit level in the Profit & Loss Account.
